White Beans with Tomato and Sausage. I substituted with turkey sausage and used diced can tomatoes. No problem with dryness as others have mentioned. Did not drain sausage. tomato and sausage risotto. Bring just to a simmer I also subbed the white wine for chicken broth plus a squirt of lemon juice and it seemed to work great.
