  1. Mix sugar well with milk and add yeast.rest it for ten min till yeast is activated
  2. Now take maida add 3tbsp oil,pinch of salt and milk with activated yeast,add water as needed to make a soft dough.

  4. Meanwhile you can make the potato masala. In hot kadai first add oil splutter mustard seeds then add onion chopped green chilies and let it fry well. Then add potato and salt red chilli powder turmeric and garam masala,some chaat masala.I have added ground nut seeds and urad dal in tadka for some extra flavors
  5. After an hour punch the dough make six equal balls and rest for another ten min.smear with oil before resting so that they don’t dry up.
  6. Now stuff the prepared potato masala and keep the buns in a plate covered with aluminum foil and grease the foil with oil.
  7. Bake it at 180 •C for twenty min or till you see a Brown crust.smear the baked buns with butter and they are ready to eat.

Place the stuffed dough(pinched side down) on a baking tray lined with foil and greased with little oil. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle some sesame. These buns are great for a picnic.
